News from The Federal Tax Service: August - September 2023

There have been two milestone news from the UAE Federal Tax Service. The first is recently published General Guide on Corporate Income Tax released on Sept 11, 2023 with comprehensive comments to all key aspects of the Corporate Income Tax. The second is the workshop "General Principals on Taxation of Corporations and Businesses" held by FTA in August 2023 where senior FTA experts presented key UAE CIT principals and concepts.
